The Corporate Field Consultant is a dual position that facilitates onsite training for New Store Openings, operational trainings and oversees the Marketing budget for our Corporately owned locations, while making PURPOSEFUL decisions in conjunction with the Director of Training.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist with New Store Openings – Trains franchise owners, managers and employees at store openings in all operational policies and procedures. This person would be interested in traveling periods of time for New Store Openings (up to 14 consecutive days at a time) 
  • Content Development – Participate in the development, organization, and updates of all manuals, tests, and training programs. 
  • Implement the Annual Marketing Plan – Manage corporately owned locations marketing budget, create local store marketing and execute the plan. Communicate marketing plans to corporate personnel through written or verbal communication, store visits and monthly GM meetings. 
  • Oversee Marketing Items – Lead and present marketing section of corporate GM meetings, oversee special requests and large order items. 
  • Assist with Field Trainings – Assist in System Field Trainings, training workshops & co-op meetings as needed

3-5 years related experience in restaurant operations, training and marketing

Ability to travel for New Store Openings and varies other training initiatives 

A valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
