Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with business unit leaders, business developers, marketing, and firm leaders, create, develop, and produce corporate and promotional graphic materials to communicate the appropriate firm image. 
  • Execute production of professional quality graphics in support of marketing proposals, award submittals, promotional materials, project work and in-house activities. 
  • Create and produce project related materials such as signage, brochures, master plan books, etc. 
  • Design and coordinate display boards, tradeshow booth graphics, and all other advertising materials. 
  • Formulate ideas and execute consistently branded collateral within set brand guidelines. 
  • Assist with photo shoots to ensure finished product is exceptional. 
  • Support social media efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of one year relevant graphic design experience required. 
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator required. 
  • Knowledge of other common design tools ideal. 
  • Proficiency with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter preferred. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants and team members. 
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines, anticipate demands, and maintain high quality standards.
