Job Description:
Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Graphic Designer on our corporate marketing team. This position is located at our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN and will have the opportunity to work with our teams in offices nationwide.
We are seeking a highly creative individual that is ready to hit the ground running with print, digital and large format design. Responsibilities include designing advertisements, proposals, brochures, jobsite marketing, branding, environmental designs, apparel and promotional materials; developing templates and guidelines; provide coaching and technical training to corporate and regional InDesign users; and coordinate production with vendors. The Graphic Designer will also provide design guidance on strategic marketing materials, advocate structure improvements and influence department best practices.
This individual will have an excellent design sense, strong collaboration and organizational skills, and discipline to follow processes and manage priorities. The candidate must be able to create custom design with minimal direction, work successfully in a fast-paced team environment and creatively solve problems by determining an alternative solution or approach.
Requirements include 3+ years of experience in graphic design on a corporate marketing or agency team and 5+ years of experience successfully executing original designs–created independently–from concept through production. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field and must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite–specifically with InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop, as well as Microsoft Office.
