You’ve led cross-functional teams and managed award-winning marketing programs. You’re a pro at developing strategic and innovative marketing solutions that impact business. You thrive as the supervisor who motivates and inspires team members to grow while achieving success. You’re a visionary, able to rally a team around a common goal or mission and set a strategic direction. You have at least eight years of experience in marketing and communications for B2B and B2C brands. Your wealth of experience and ability to connect with clients and inspire them makes you a great fit to join the second largest account that serves as the innovation lab for our client and the agency. We want you as our newest account management leader that brings your passion for agriculture, customers and collaboration to work every day.

Here’s why we want you:

  • You have 8 to 20 years of experience in integrated marketing, communication and advertising for B2B and B2C clients. 
  • You have a depth of experience with livestock industry marketing communications and at least some dairy industry knowledge. 
  • You have at least five years of team leadership and collaboration experience. 
  • You have numerous examples of recommending and executing new techniques, tools, strategies and ideas with clients. 
  • You have demonstrated success in building trust and maintaining client relationships. 
  • You know how to leverage your intellect and creativity to resolve complex problems on the fly. 
  • You have a great skill set now, but you’re the kind of person who spots opportunity and knows how to grow your role—to your benefit and ours.
