Junior Media Buyer/Accounting Assistant

We are looking to add a motivated media professional to our team serving clients in the industrial business-to-business markets.  Work with a growing and dynamic team serving clients and markets currently experiencing steady /sustainable growth.

This job will primarily be focused on media planning, media buying, trafficking and analysis. A secondary aspect of the role will be assisting in agency accounting — both activities reporting directly to our Media Director. Applicants will be able to identify paid media opportunities, both new (digital) and old (print), and recommend programs that balance each client’s particular targeting requirements (geo/segment/business type, etc.) with optimal engagement and results. This applicant will also be required to analyze historical results and make recommendations mid-plan/program on how best to optimize results and performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related fields 
• 2-4 years of experience in media planning, buying and management 
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; familiarity with project management tools such as Redbooth and Teams also helpful. 
• Knowledge of buying/tracking tools (i.e. Advantage) 
• Must have knowledge or experience with traditional and digital media 
• Familiarity with paid social media and Google/search word marketing a plus
