The Manager of Analystics is responsible for making the connection between marketing/development data and actionable insights.  The position will focus on data driven Strategy, Reporting, Measurement and Analytics.

  • Plan, execute and communicate the results of strategic database analyses.
  • Create in-depth strategic analytics and reports that support company operations.
  • Identify solutions and new opportunities that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytic-focused or quantitatively focused field (e.g. statistics, engineering, social sciences, economics). Advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years experience in related field such as CRM, web analytics, campaign analytics and management, and data analysis. 
  • Non-profit experience preferred.
