Crabel Capital Management is seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual to support the firm’s brand management, marketing, and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing

  • Assist with the creation of compelling marketing materials ensuring consistent messaging and conformity with brand guidelines. 
  • Manage the marketing material review and approval process including coordination of all relevant parties, version management and timely completion 
  • Oversight and maintenance of third-party databases and capital introduction profile pages 
  • Support delivery of marketing communication via presentations, seminars and other events, public relations, website and other approved media. 
  • Maintain current and compelling content on crabel.com and perform necessary maintenance to update the platform. 
  • Maintain relationship with website consultant and manage related projects. 
  • Coordinate social media posts ensuring compliance approval 
  • Facilitate video conference meetings 
  • Ensure consistent application of Firm brand management guidelines across external and internal materials 
  • Raise awareness of Firm brand through educational initiatives and assisting Firm departments with applying brand guidelines to materials they develop 
  • Maintain marketing library including approved marketing materials (print, electronic, audio and video), press mentions, awards and other recognition 
  • Assist with competitive research as needed and make suggestions for potential impact to current marketing messages/materials and prepare educational messages for the firm

Business Development

  • Support the business development process through the creation, maintenance and completion of internal sales tools (e.g. term sheets, pipeline tracking, updating CRM, etc.) 
  • Provide proactive and collaborative support to the Operations Departments during the client onboarding process, new strategy rollouts and other cross-departmental projects 
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and administration of investor events 
  • Coordinate investor/prospectmeetings for Business Development team members including scheduling meetings and travel, preparing, and delivering meeting materials, gathering and documenting post-meeting notes and sending follow up communications, as needed 
  • Coordinate registration for conferences to be attended by Business Development team members, preparation, and delivery of marketing materials for the conference, and capturing feedback and preparation and completion of follow up tasks 
  • Manage and maintain memberships for the Business Development team and firm, as needed 
  • Organize CRM entries

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of marketing, business development or relevant experience within a hedge fund or financial services organization 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000-$115,000. The final salary within this range will be based on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Total compensation includes the opportunity to participate in a discretionary bonus plan and a comprehensive benefits program.
