Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green built practices is seeking a Marketing Assistant!

We are looking for a detail-oriented, high energy candidate with clear communication skills and an upbeat personality. If you are someone who wants to participate in the creative process and learn all aspects of driving and managing a campaign from idea to execution, we welcome your enthusiasm and interest in applying to join our team!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining digital media assets
  • Updating sales collateral
  • Creating and posting blog posts on consumer-related topics
  • Auditing furnished models, neighborhood signage and plat maps
  • Assembling closing bags
  • Assisting with event planning and promotion
  • Contributing to overall marketing strategy and providing fresh insight for improvement
  • Other administrative duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design or related field
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver)
  • Strong social media skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work assignments with critical deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact with a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and professional with changing priorities and deadlines
