Marketing Automation Intern

image.works is a marketing firm on Madison's west side. We specialize in providing efficient and effective marketing products to financial institutions and healthcare organizations and are seeking an organized Marketing Automation Intern with strong attention to detail. This is an exciting position for someone who is looking to gain experience for a career in the marketing field. With an emphasis in marketing automation, this position will put you one step above the rest, as this technology is essential in the marketing world today.

This is a part-time position with the potential of an extension or full-time position. Hours are flexible with an ideal commitment of 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

You will work directly with the Marketing Automation Director on various projects including:

• Exporting and formatting various files for the team
• Pulling email and marketing campaign reports
• Posting social media campaigns
• Formatting and importing clients' data files into Marketing Automation platform
• Scheduling email blasts and workflows
• Various other day-to-day tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with, a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organizational, time management and multitasking skills 
• Ability to work well in a team environment 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills 
• Software requirements: Microsoft Office – especially Excel 
• Marketing Automation or Salesforce experience is a plus
