Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Marketing Campaign Design including: identify, develop, and manage integrated campaigns as well as strategically integrate marketing campaigns into other marketing venues 
  • Advertising experience in the areas of: directing ad activity including content, placement, and value added opportunities, managing photo shoots, market research/analysis for recommendations, landing page content, managing social media platforms, and coordinate other information with the agencies including but not limited to photos and copy 
  • Public Relations experience including: creating strategic communications, develop public relations opportunities, manage and facilitate public relations opportunities/agency relationships, manage product release communications, monitor & analyze news coverage 
  • Trade Shows experience with developing content for various advertising methods, manage trade show planning, develop presentations for trade shoes, facilitate communications between all involved participants
  • Additional Related Duties: write “ad” copy for various marketing venues, secure any required photos including any required release information, manage literature needs including editing/proofing copy as well as approval process, strategically develop content for various communications venues, manage trademark requests/legal requests, vendor relations for any external vendor supplying marketing services for the company 
  • Adhere to all safety regulations 
  • Demonstrate support of CPC core values 
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, promotions or advertising
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate level computer skills (MS Office, web savvy)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute in a team environment
  • Travel up to 15% both domestic and international

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Business to Business marketing experience
  • Experience coordinating integrated campaigns
