Marketing (Communications) Managers are responsible for partnering with their assigned Strategic Market Directors to lead the creation of marketing and communications strategies and campaigns that support the defined growth objectives.

The Marketing (Communications) Managers are SMEs in campaign strategy and execution, partnering with data, creative, content, digital and others, to create efficient campaigns and tactics to meet or beat objectives, within budget, resource and time constraints.

The Marketing (Communications) Managers will look for inventive ways to execute, whether via internal capabilities or external, monitoring campaign results and recommending alterations and options to the Strategic Market Director, in real time, to maximize performance. MarComm Managers are knowledgeable in their assigned areas, keeping abreast of industry trends, competitors and global issues.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Communications field preferred 
  • 10+ years marketing experience, (internal) agency background or LLP model preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage up, down and across 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication 
  • Ability to see the picture, while juggling the details 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Self starter
