DecksDirect is looking for an energetic and passionate Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic and fun-loving team. If you are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, passionate about your work, and looking to roll up your sleeves and make an impact right away, we want YOU!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service via live chat 
  • Implement communication plans that support goals and strategic direction. 
  • Manage vendor relationships 
  • Coordinate personalized marketing campaigns 
  • Ensure brand consistency across communications channels 
  • Develop and execute a marketing communications plan

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communications skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines while delivering quality results 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required 
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platform(s) 
  • Google Analytics experience preferred 
  • SEO/SEM experience preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure 
  • Creative thinker and problem solver 
  • BA or BS degree (in communications, business, marketing or related field).

Position Details:

  • Full-time Position: 40-50 hours a week 
  • Internal Position: Not remote or telecommute 
  • Company Hours: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday 
  • Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience
