Rihm Family Companies is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our growing team. Job Summary:

The Marketing Communications Specialist promotes Rihm Family Companies, its products, services and unique value propositio to help drive business, increase the strength of the brand, and reinforce our position in the marketplace. You will report directly to the Marketing Communications Manager on a wide range of projects and job responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain company’s social media 
  • Produce and edit photography and videography 
  • Compose shot lists, create storyboards and organize photos and videos to be captured 
  • Write scripts, interviews, and other material for videos 
  • Create animations and video for demonstrative and educational purposes 
  • Coordinate and seek talent to participate in and subject matter for photos and videos 
  • Monitor social media platforms, track and analyze performance and engagement 
  • Design and create graphics for social posts and promotions 
  • Assist with other content creation including website, sales and promotional materials 
  • Create and or optimize marketing presentations and materials and ensure brand consistency across departments and locations 
  • Participate in trade shows and other events 
  • Provide additional support to the Marketing Communications Manager and other duties to meet business requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4-year marketing related degree 
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, and related application skills 
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube 
  • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in business and software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 3 years of marketing related experience 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Knowledge and ability to leverage social media marketing 
  • Effective utilization of project management software, methods, and tools 
  • Truck, automotive or heavy equipment dealership background
