Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Southwest Wisconsin
Madison, WI

Rhyme is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This position will be responsible for a wide variety of marketing assignments with an emphasis on digital marketing initiatives. We’re looking for a proactive team-player who can bring new ideas to the table and is excited by the opportunity to play an important role in our organization’s continued growth.

  • Conceptualize and create engaging marketing videos to be utilized for the company website and social media platforms.
  • Lead Rhyme’s search engine marketing through SEO.
  • Assist with the development of copy and creative for the company website, email campaigns, and social media sites.
  • Lead the creation of graphics (logos, infographics, etc.) for use in all media types.
  • Work with outside vendors to communicate and make updates to the company website.
  • Create print marketing materials for distribution to clients and prospects, including flyers, brochures, postcards, and newsletters.
  • Update and develop internal forms and documents as required.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of tradeshows, tech shows, and career fairs, and participate in events by engaging with attendees and promoting Rhyme in a positive and professional manner.
  • Coordinate Rhyme internal events, including summer outings, holiday parties, and charitable events.
  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of well-rounded marketing experience with strong skills in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
  • Prior experience with Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is required.
  • Prior experience with video editing programs is desired.
  • Experience with SEO and Google Analytics is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including ability to proofread and edit print material.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to operate independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

This position will offer flexible hours from Monday through Friday, with approximately 20-25 hours per week.
