The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team in executing superior customer experiences that create impact and align with our brand and customer philosophy.
There are two main functions of this role:
- Coordinate logistics of Daikin Applied's Innovation Roadshow; a trade show on wheels that travels across the US at hosting Rep offices. Key responsibilities include acting as liaison between 3rd party vendors, Rep offices, and Daikin Applied support staff, scheduling set up/tear down, assisting with registration site, and keeping everyone up to date with changes.
- Support virtual and in-person customer visits to Daikin's Minnesota plants and assist where necessary at factories in Staunton VA, Jersey City NJ, Phoenix AZ, and San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
This role will also support the marketing team in company meetings and events, customer experiences, and other communication initiatives. This role requires occasional travel to Faribault and Owatonna, MN factories.
