Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator.

Responsibilities include driving the proposal development process including writing proposals; developing marketing materials and content; leading proposal kickoff meetings; leading interview preparation; offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits; coordinating marketing plans; identifying key publications and award submissions for group; managing the annual marketing plan, schedule, and budget; coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports; organizing client events; attending tradeshows and conferences; managing client feedback and satisfaction surveys. Travel may be required.

The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor’s degree in business administration, journalism, english, communication, marketing, or related discipline plus 2 years of experience; associate degree in business administration, journalism, english, communication, marketing, or related discipline plus 4 years of experience; no degree plus 6 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: leading proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs), the Go/No Go process and kick-off meetings; Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator); working at an architecture, engineering or construction firm; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); CRM databases (Deltek Vision preferred).
