Position Details

Marketing Intern
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

Assist the Marketing and Training Manager with day-to-day marketing, design, and social media operations.

Hours: 24 hours per week; Flexible between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

  • Assist in the design process of marketing materials to include flyers, brochures, signage, etc.
  • Writing and editing copy and content for marketing collateral and websites
  • Monitor active marketing programs and develop ways to improve those campaigns
  • Assist in the ordering process for new construction property needs including flooring plans, site maps, walking tours, etc.
  • Content planning and publishing on various properties social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and Twitter
  • Manage our online presence including updating office hours, web specials, and reputation management
  • Monitor Facebook and Google Analytics and provide weekly reports on campaign success
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing Department
  • Update and maintain marketing files including images, marketing collateral, and logo files
  • Must possess or be actively pursuing an associate's degree or higher. Preference given to those possessing or actively seeking a bachelor's degree in the following fields: Business, Communication, or Marketing
  • Page layout skills required, portfolio presentation preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe's Creative Cloud, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel

Hourly pay with potential for long-term employment.
