The Marketing Manager will coordinate the companies marketing objectives and initiatives. Conducts market research and develops marketing plans for the Bartolotta brand. Reviews changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing plan accordingly. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilites:

  • Coordinates with Creative Director to review marketing, advertising and promotional buys as well as sponsorship opportunities. 
  • Creates compelling press releases to market Bartolotta initiatives to the press, both on a local and national level.
  • Reports to Creative Director and works closely with Senior Management, Restaurant Managers and Operations team to create innovative events.
  • Conducts market research to determine market requirements for existing and future restaurants.
  • Maintaining efforts within a constructed annual budget 
  • Coordination of Media Placement. Sourcing most effective media mix for advertisement placement 
  • Utilizing most cost effective techniques in media/promotions/advertising placement.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing communication, advertising, or public relations.
  • Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, market planning and media relations and buying.
  • Must have superb writing and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and building positive relationships both internally and externally, creating a positive relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful advertising and public relation programs. 
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and data presentation skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, to meet time sensitive deadlines, and to organize workload with general supervision.
