The Marketing Manager position is exciting because the candidate will begin to design marketing processes and campaigns the way they feel is best. A creative thinker that can provide marketing collateral support to an established sales team would be a home run for this role.

The Marketing Manager position is exciting because the candidate will begin to design marketing processes and campaigns the way they feel is best. A creative thinker that can provide marketing collateral support to an established sales team would be a home run for this role. There is a strong preference for someone with a background in marketing for the medical space. This is not a necessity but would be helpful to come into this knowing medical terminology as it applies to marketing. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Creating marketing content including: product-specific sell sheets, brochures, print and digital promotional material, product catalog, website content as well as social media content for Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, and measure results.
  • Organize and promote our corporate events.
  • Improve company's social media brand impressions utilizing our current channels (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram).

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience. Some medical industry or B2B experience, preferred.
  • Experience utilizing a CRM system to enhance outreach and customer experience (We use Odoo, not necessary if you haven't used this yet!)
  • We use a combination of Adobe and Microsoft products so it is very important that you have experience using this or an equivalent type of content creation program.
  • Ideally the candidate would have some experience building, developing and/or editing a website.
  • Must be able to work on-site, in our offices in Brown Deer. 

Compensation & Hours Negotiable. Looking for minimum of 25 hours up to 40 hours per week.
