Job Purpose:

As a Multi-Media Production Analyst, this position serves as a Customer Communications Subject Matter Expert to administer and improve Customer Communication Management (CCM). Incumbents in this role support CCM Governance Guidelines and Application, maintain data to drive variation, configure content within the CCM solution to maximize reuse, and seek opportunities to increase CCM flexibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes a deep understanding of composition tool technology and fundamentals to drive templates, content and business rule variation 
  • Creates and manage business rules and corresponding content within CCM solution 
  • Serves as CCM Solution Marketing SME & Super User Supports and drives CCM Governance Guidelines and Application Serves on cross-functional team to maintain and update CCM Governance as necessary (when new templates should be created, etc.) 
  • Maintains data needed to drive variation Establishes meta-data associated with content Uses best judgment to configure content within the CCM solution to maximize reuse 
  • Determines which template is the most appropriate solution for the task at hand 
  • Leverages deep understanding of physical production specifications to inform template creation 
  • In partnership with Creative Manager & Service Provider, ensures templates are built for maximum flexibility Works with manager to have new templates created when necessary
  • Leads tactical media execution, addressing CU and State variations associated with both testing and rollout of direct mail campaigns 
  • Accountable for proofing variation associated with both campaign testing and rollout 
  • Actively works to solve challenges independently and provides recommended solutions
  • Embodies a continuous improvement mindset to identify and implement operational efficiency 
  • Resolves Quality Control Issues

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience. 
  • 5+ years of related work experience. 
  • Ability to quickly and independently learn new technologies 
  • Excel and Word proficiency 
  • Excellent personal organization, time management and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, production environment 
  • Proven teamwork and facilitation skills; Ability to direct others to meet process and quality standards 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Thorough understanding of direct mail production processes and direct mail creative and campaign management processes 
  • Strong knowledge of the financial metrics associated with the business 
  • Ability to learn and become proficient with new technologies Requires minimal direction 
  • Knowledge of file layouts and campaign ID's used to produce mail kits
