Marketing Specialist

Location: Green Bay, WI

Position Description:

The position will work closely with the Director of Marketing on all advertising, public relations and communications pertaining to all H.J. Martin and Son national companies and divisions.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Run and oversee all social media advertising and posting schedules, including content creation
• Manage all company brands and implement new brand standards for all documents and communications
• Monitor all creative for all promotions and digital advertising
• Photography for all three divisions, residential home photography, commercial and retail job site photography
• Work in the website CMS tool to update and post photos, blogs and copy
• Work in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to assist in production design, work in iMovie for content creation
• Write and distribute local and national press releases
• Continual research in all aspects of marketing, communications and public relations to implement within the company
• Assist the Director of marketing with administrative needs
• Manage the needs and expectations of multiple clients, graphic designers, copywriting and programmers through Martin Communications, an advertising agency built under the umbrella of H.J. Martin and Son
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education Required:

• Bachelors degree required, preferably with a marketing, public relations or journalism emphasis
• 2-3 years of on-the-job marketing experience
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, experience in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator preferred
• Experience in the WordPress content management system preferred
