Are you a recent graduate or looking to break into the world of Marketing? Chef Craft is the place for you! We are currently looking to add an entry level Marketing Specialist to our team. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the implementation of Chef Craft’s common goals toward marketing and promotion of our products. Tasks will include, but are not limited to, creating promotional materials such as catalogs & product information sheets, answering phones and emails pertaining to marketing inquiries, collaborating across different teams to create new marketing initiatives, as well as general office assistance. This position reports to the Creative Director and is expected to be in office from 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

The Marketing Specialist - Entry Level will:

  • Design and create Product Catalogs through Adobe InDesign
  • Support the maintenance of Product Information Sheets using Adobe Illustrator
  • Create, test, and track email campaigns within MailChimp on behalf of the Chef Craft brand
  • Collaborate with Creative Director on descriptions of new products
  • Manage the implementation of Product Information Sheets and Product Descriptions on our website
  • Assist in gathering materials for tradeshows and mailings
  • Answer phones, emails, and other inquiries to promptly assist customer needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Graphic Design
  • 1+ years of work history
  • Knowledge and demonstrated usage of Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Understanding of B2B Marketing practices
  • Preferred experience using Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
