Marketing Specialist

About the position:

The Marketing Specialist is a person who is collaborative, flexible and able to take initiative. We are a small, fast-growing team and this opportunity is to contribute in many areas across the marketing function and to work closely with our Marketing Director.

Key responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist at Aeritae:

• Marketing project & campaign coordination 
• Content creation and distribution schedule 
• Marketing automation administration via Hubspot 
• Social media & website updates 
• Manage events (working with contractors and partners) 
• Marketing accounting support 
• Assist with metrics & reporting

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assist in executing on the marketing strategy through actionable integrated campaigns to meet business objectives and deliver customer engagement, leads, and revenue 
• Manage content schedule; Coordinate activity and input across teams and stakeholders 
• Manage the Marketing automation platform; Duties include but not limited to: list management, email templates, email copy, workflow design, reporting 
• Manage events from start/planning to finish/execution and everything in-between: work with Sales and Capability Leaders on budget, event format, topics, and create/order promotional support material/items (i.e. emails, social media, branded promo etc.) that will drive registrations and attendees. Provide on-location event coordination, manage lead capture and follow-up 
• Coordinate, curate and maintain social media presence and website updates 
• Support and manage channel marketing programs and activity 
• Support Marketing accounting and budget tracking 
• Track marketing initiative metrics and create reports as necessary

You’ll need to bring the following experience:

• 2+ years marketing and events planning experience and/or related field 
• Curious and willing to learn about industry and company-specific subject areas 
• Ability to apply analytics and insights to better profile, target and retarget prospects 
• Coordination and collaboration with teams in remote locations 
• Experience being the liaison between teams/vendors and working cross-functionally 
• High level of organizational, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented 
• Strategic problem solving, decision making and execution skills 
• Desire and ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly 
• Highly adaptable and willing to dive in 
• Excited about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment 
• Reliable vehicle and/or ability to travel from home to necessary locations
