Esker is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team in Madison, WI. This person will be responsible for developing highly effective marketing campaigns to drive revenue in our Latin America market through a number of channels including email, content promotion and webinars, and will help to develop content for a Spanish-speaking audience.

The ideal candidate must speak Spanish, has prior B2B lead generation experience including at least 2+ years of email marketing and marketing automation experience, exhibits excellent writing skills and has the technical proficiency to quickly learn new software tools.You will need to be a data-driven marketer, fast thinking, creative and quick to both problem-solve and execute.

  • Develop and execute measurable marketing programs that drive revenue for our team in Latin America
  • Leverage Marketo, Salesforce.com and other tools as needed to execute and track the success of programs
  • Create original, market appropriate content
  • Localize existing content to promote internationally
  • Partner closely with the Sales teams to create messaging that drives responses and conversions
  • Build best-practice marketing automation programs within the Marketo platform
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database to launch efficient and effective email programs
  • Manage budget and conduct ROI analysis on marketing spend
  • Create the strategy for nurturing leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action
  • Promote and manage Webinars
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in B2B marketing – specifically email marketing
  • Must be able to speak fluent Spanish
  • Must be willing to travel to Latin American countries 4-5 times per year
  • Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of proven success with email marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation platforms (Marketo a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems (salesforce.com a plus)
  • Ability to write and develop content in English and Spanish
  • Analytical and data-driven
