Marketing Specialist

Role Purpose:

The Marketing Specialist under the guidance of the Marketing Manager supports the work of the St. Louis marketing team; implements work plans to meet marketing strategy; interfaces with key stakeholders to ensure proper rollout of marketing plans with both internal and external audiences. The Marketing specialist will staff marketing events and executes direct mail strategy as needed.


  • Provides insight for marketing advertising and awareness campaigns. 
  • Tracks day-to-day marketing campaign metrics. 
  • Coordinates the creation of public-facing marketing materials in conjunction with Creative and Digital Services. 
  • Collaborates with PR staff to ensure proper alignment between marketing and PR strategy. 
  • Maintains integrity and consistency of organization brand standards and corporate voice relating to external promotion.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in marketing or a related field
