This position will assist sales and product marketing with communications, promotions and advertising materials that are used to effectively represent the company's products and services to dealer network, customers and prospects.

To assist sales and product marketing with communications, promotions and advertising materials that are used to effectively represent the company's products and services to dealer network, customers and prospects. Candidate should have experience managing marketing program materials from design concept through to finished production. Assignments will be project based and will require working with copywriters, design firms, printing vendors externally, and communicating internally to acquire information and approvals from appropriate contributors, managing timelines and project expectations. Projects could include leaflets, flyers, brochures, newsletters, promotional materials, banners, reference materials and project spec sheets.

Requirements:

  • Prefer Bachelor’s degree in marketing, brand marketing, marketing communication, advertising, business, design management or a related discipline.
  • Working experience of 3-5 years; preference given to relevant experience in marketing, design management, project management functions.
  • Experience working in corporate environment; familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and design software.
  • Project Management experience.

Estimated hourly rate $25 -$35/hr depending on experience, opening is immediately available.

Temporary position, approximately 3-4 month duration.
