Marketing Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, development, writing, editing and graphic production of response to Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ), ensuring timely completion and high quality. 
• Interview team members and gather information on an approach and author a high-level draft response to the RFP or RFQ that requires limited tailoring.
• Stay on top of current projects and innovations occurring within the firm to support ongoing project documentation. 
• Interview internal team members to draw out information on project attributes and statistics. 
• Edit materials prepared by team members to ensure consistency with firm brand message. 
• Develop and maintain various marketing pieces, including project descriptions, resumes, web content, etc. 
• Author award submittals and promotional materials for conferences. 
• Coordinate photoshoots as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years relevant technical writing experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign required.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills required.
• Knowledge of architecture, engineering, or construction industry preferred.
