About the opportunity:

Eicoff is looking for a creative thinker who is articulate and a self-motivated problem solver that will manage the development of strategic plans for multiple clients across the ever-changing media landscape, ideally incorporating our client’s data in the development of targeted cross platform strategies. Opportunity to train and grow their own team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Media planning across all media (online and offline) 
  • Develops objectives, strategies, plans and presentations 
  • Comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers, partners and internal teams), assessing outcomes and making recommendations. 
  • Help manage day to day planning and on-going projects for various account based needs 
  • Establish and manage a work plan for each key deliverable within the agency and client 
  • Creates and manages media partner RFP process 
  • Work with our vendors to vet that they are strategically relevant and commercially viable 
  • Research market trends in emerging media and make recommendations to agency/client 
  • Ongoing investigation of new media, technology and planning tools 
  • Participate in ideation sessions as needed for all clients 
  • Continue to grow industry knowledge and experience via research and attendance at key training and industry presentations. 
  • Ensure key communications are delivered in a timely manner to all participating members
  • Minimum three years Media Planning experience; especially across broadcast and digital channels, with knowledge of direct response television practices 
  • Experience in cross-channel planning, particularly in understanding and measuring the impact of offline media on digital channels 
  • Accurate and detail oriented with exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exhibit time management skills and the ability to multi task, manage concurrent projects and work successfully under pressure 
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff across the agency and clients 
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills 
  • Solid writing and presentation skills 
  • Experience with qualitative tools (e.g Simmons, MRI, ComScore, etc) 
  • Familiarity with Kantar competitive reports 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Expertise with cross platform planning tools (e.g. ComScore, Nielsen, etc) 
  • Familiar with TV measurement landscape, and tools used to measure digital impact (TV Squared, iSpot, etc.) 
  • Experience with advanced targeting and data based campaigns helpful 
  • Be enthusiastic and display proactive thinking
