Lead the Toro SWS rental business and small construction product development. Develop and implement long range and annual plans and strategies that will continue the long term growth of business. Lead the development of the evolving channel strategy to reflect the growing scope of the SWS rental business.
Scope includes product development, communications, training, promotion, pricing and driving profitable growth. Additionally, the position will outline possible acquisition strategies. The candidate will serve as a key member on cross-functional team(s) with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Finance to achieve category financial, marketing and growth objectives.
