Production Artist

Due to continued growth, we are seeking another Production Artist. As a Production Artist you’ll be responsible for maintaining client brand standards throughout a range of print materials. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask without missing a beat. Organizational skills, adaptability and composure under fire are equally important in this position.

You’ll be expected to:

• Have BA in design, graphic arts or related field and at least 3 years of production experience 
• Be proficient with Mac OSX and Adobe Creative Cloud 
• Love the technical side of design 
• Take ownership, lead initiatives and successfully execute through all stages of production development on target, on time and on budget 
• Monitor projects through all phases of production 
• Create and maintain highly organized server and document files 
• Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills 
• Analyze design in concept phase for reproducibility 
• Prepare files for execution for pre-press and printers 
• Ensure final art includes brand equity elements and follows print specifications 
• Assist in keeping the database of all graphic assets in tip-top shape 
• Always work to improve execution phase speed and quality 
• Extremely strong attention to detail 
• Communicate effectively with peers, senior management and clients
