Tea Leaves Health, a Welltok Company, the fastest-growing vendor in the patient engagement arena, is looking to hire a healthcare CRM Program Coordinator who will work closely with the account management team to ensure our clients are able to optimize results with the Tea Leaves Health Strategic Growth Platform. Our platform integrates data and functionality from five key healthcare business development areas - consumer CRM, physician CRM, strategic planning, quality, and market perception. This individual will play an essential role in helping Tea Leaves Health further develop product efficiencies, customer communication and play a vital part in managing day to day projects and activities for our current client base. The appropriate party will need very strong written and verbal communication skills; coupled with an eye for detail and positioning. Candidates must be highly organized, self-starting and project management focused.

Preferably, we are looking for a recent new grad that is eager to get their feet wet in a fast-paced, tech company. You’ll learn the ropes of CRM healthcare marketing and all the complexities that happen behind the scenes. If you succeed in the position, there will be room for growth within the company.

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU’LL DO:

  • Execute reporting tasks needed for each client 
  • Handle customer communication when there are account lockouts 
  • Transcribing information into our online application 
  • Facilitate data needs from clients and execute those within the tool 
  • Manage a database of customer facing queries 
  • Assist in the creation and sending of direct and email campaigns 
  • Formatting reports, presentations, documents, etc. 
  • Utilize an internal ticketing system for creative product management 
  • Helping with onsite meeting logistics like lunch, training materials, etc. 
  • Pulling user lists quarterly for client review 
  • Billing approvals 
  • Creating new how-to guides

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing/advertising, business or project management
  • 0 - 2 years of prior project management or marketing experience
  • Outgoing, go-getter attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer systems technology and the Internet; ability to learn new applications
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects based on client needs and team workload
  • Able to maintain thorough documentation of client/project milestones, approvals, etc.
  • Highly self-motivated, good time management, works well under pressure
  • Able to work remotely and independently
  • This is a remote position. Only applicants living in the Madison, WI OR Milwaukee, WI areas will be considered. An exception may be made for the right candidate but they must reside in WI.
