The position is a combination of sales support, including order entry and supporting manufacturer’s representatives, and marketing activities including creating content for web, print and direct mail and email campaigns.

Sales

  • Answer phone and email inquiries or request from customers or specifiers
  • Enter orders and manage order process
  • Provide quotations
  • Support manufacturer’s representatives
  • Manage status of CRM (“Bluesky”) projects
  • Manage mailing lists and databases
  • Assist with presentations
  • Assist at tradeshows

Marketing

  • Act as brand champion by standardizing colors and logos on all outgoing materials and maintaining brand standards
  • Draft and manage E-Newsletters
  • Create and edit content for Social Media accounts
  • Create content for and edit content on company website
  • Create content for print and digital ads
  • Create hardcopy marketing materials such as table signs and brochures
  • Track adverting and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor website activity with Google Analytics
  • Monitor display ads, text ads and keywords with Google Ads
  • Continuous SEO improvement and SEO related content creation
  • Acquire location photos
  • Film and edit videos

Miscellaneous

  • Perform website and other content backups
  • Manage digital assets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier and Bridge
  • Experience with social media platforms for business
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Background in coding (HTML, CSS and Javascript) a plus
  • Salary commensurate with skill and ability
  • Bonus eligible based on company profitability
