You know what good looks like and you know how to get there. In your six to 10 years of marketing experience (likely in an agency) you have mastered client service. Clients love you because you focus on their needs and deliver. You’re a great presenter; you know how to get the room behind an idea and how to deploy the right resources to execute it. It may go without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) you’re a great communicator in person and in writing and you have the EQ to manage teams. You’re self-motivated, relentlessly curious and have the experience to know account management is about strategically growing business. You’re laser-focused on the client and their business, always spotting opportunities to go above and beyond – to their benefit and ours. You’ve worked in B2B marketing and love to dive into the market, gleaning strong insights and building the strategy that propels real results. But enough about you, what about us? We tackle a diverse set of complex industries from finance to technology, supply chain to tools and, oh yeah, we’re the largest agricultural marketing agency in the country. We’re filling our hot new office with fresh faces and new perspectives, and our momentum is motivating. Here’s why we want you:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or similar.
  • You have six to 10 years or more of brand experience, either at an agency or on the product side. You’re a great colleague and a strong manager – your EQ is on point.
