As Senior Manager, Marketing you will head up our B2B Marketing Group and set the vision & strategy for Magid, by developing messaging & brand strategies to build internal & external awareness for our innovative products & services, work with Sales to create lead generation campaigns, distribution & management processes and drive web traffic & nuture leads to conversions.

The ideal candidate will be a key leader in our business, working to understand our target market & partnering with other functional leaders to execute marketing stratgeies. You'll also support HR to develop internal & external communications to attract & retain great talent. We'll count on you to drive collaboration, develop strong marketing competency & a high performance marketing team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales and business development team to ensure consistent branding and increase sales; support the sales team with collateral materials, presentations & other sales tools. 
  • Drive awareness of Magid as an innovator and leading distributor through the creation of brand messaging & internal & external communications (product launches, company information, etc.). 
  • Attract, develop & retain high performing marketing team members. 
  • Oversee marketing content strategy and analyze performance and execution of marketing campaigns. 
  • Partner with eCommerce to implement content, drive web traffic & nurture leads to conversion. 
  • Create and execute a public relations strategy. 
  • Increase visibility & engagement at tradeshow and customer events.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study. Masters degree preferred. 
  • 7-10 years' of B2B marketing leadership experience. 
  • Strong integrated marketing program development & demonstrated leadership capabilities. 
  • Excellent planning, organizational & project management skills. 
  • Strategic thought leader coupled with great execution. 
  • Strong experience in marketing content creation, trade shows, sales & public relations. 
  • Excellent written, presentation & communications skills. 
  • Results oriented with a focus on metric driven decision making. 
  • Team orientation and desire to foster collaboration.
