Job Description:

The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead the company’s global recruitment brand and advertising program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Boeing’s global position as a prospective employer with an emphasis in key markets
  • Optimize and deliver a best-in-class enterprise-wide global recruitment brand and advertising program
  • Partner closely with HR Talent Planning & Acquisition leaders to translate hiring objectives into actionable and cost effective talent attraction strategies and advertising that generate diverse, qualified candidates
  • Lead a highly-skilled team in the development and execution of a candidate focused program that includes market research, advertising, targeted media, marketing collateral, search optimized career site, and social channels
  • Oversee a robust measurement program and drive optimization of advertising campaigns, media choices and digital properties
  • Advise senior executives on an on-going basis and ensure a strong operating rhythm is maintained to optimize key program strategies.
  • Coach, mentor and develop internal and external team members; grow groups’ overall knowledge base
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management, peers, customers, employees and external partners
  • Collaborate to improve organization's policies, guidelines and procedures 
  • Demonstrate a good team-building approach to assignments and a willingness to pitch in to “get the job done”

Basic Qualifications (Required):

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in brand and global advertising
  • Experience with recruitment brand and advertising
  • Experience managing digital communications and social media
  • Experience with budget management and implementing cost controls
  • Experience with performance measurement analytics and tools

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

  • Leadership and managerial experience
  • Experience overseeing large scale digital site enhancements
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) integration and implementation
  • Experience working in a global or multinational company and technical industry
