The Job at a Glance

The Senior Marketing Analyst will partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to provide actionable market and customer insights to help improve both top and bottom-line results. You will be the subject matter expertin best practices for campaign management, lead generation, CRM database management and web analytics to determine the overall health of the marketing efforts. A Typical Day

  • Work with marketing and sales teamleaders to provide timely and accurate insight into their customer base to maximize growth and drive profitable new customer conversions 
  • Leveraging multiple databases to drive business results across B2B and B2C customer channels 
  • Combine and analyze large data sets to provide leadership with a wholistic view of marketing and website performance metrics, including customer loyalty/at-risk customers, campaign conversion rates, and account trends 
  • Analyze external and internal data to identify customer satisfaction rates, lead generation, campaign optimization, business development, and marketing opportunities 
  • Optimize value proposition and user experience for customer market segments based on evaluating price elasticity, customer behaviors and profiles, operational costs 
  • Collect and analyze customer purchase, marketing, and web data to build customer segmentation to drive sales and marketing opportunities 
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing business intelligence solutions to improve efficiencies and provide new and faster insights

To Land This Opportunity

  • Your true passion is in data and analytics! 
  • You have 5+ years of experience in an analytical data role with 3+ years in marketing analytics or market research 
  • You possess experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), have built dashboards, and done A/B and Multivariate testing 
  • You have experience with data modeling and are comfortable with analyzing and pulling large, complex data sets from disparate sources 
  • You can multitask and have strong time and project management skills 
  • You are proficient in MS Excel and have a basic understanding of relational databases 
  • You understand marketing tactics, including SEM, display marketing, and email 
  • Bonus Points if you have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, Google Analytics, SQL, Access, and SAP 
  • It’s a plus if you have a BS / BA in marketing, finance, business, or equivalent
