AriensCo is looking for an energetic Social Media Analyst I who will be responsible for the development, protection, and promotion of social media and community management efforts for the AriensCo family of brands. This position requires a solid understanding of how content drives inbound marketing and demand generation across channels including website properties, email, blogs, and social networks with specific examples of work that shows conversations. This position requires previous experience developing and monitoring social media content.

The Day To Day...

  • Manages and executes compelling social media content. 
  • Monitor day-to-day and promoted posts social media efforts on all social channels (community management). 
  • Familiar with UTM tracking and implementation as well as other conversion metrics. 
  • Source and produce content from internal marketing and product groups, support the social media content calendar and ensure proper voice and messaging is used. 
  • Monitor trends in the social media ecosystem and raise opportunities to evolve our digital marketing presence. Continued education to share with the greater team on findings. 
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness and performance of social efforts to maximize results. 
  • YouTube optimization including rebuilding the channels, creating standard nomenclature and cleaning up old videos. Ownership of responding to comments. 
  • Manage AriensConnect assets and scheduling. 
  • Sending out prizes from giveaways; brainstorming and developing contest/giveaway campaigns. 
  • Blog writing and editing/proofreading and scheduling. 
  • Assisting with email building – Writing, design and distribution 
  • Photography/Video - assist as needed with photography and editing. 
  • Graphic Design - must have photoshop and/or lightroom experience. 
  • Liaison with HR team for job posting, review of analytics, walk in interviews, photos, employee feature Friday, etc. 
  • Capture manufacturing /employee testimonials - build plan into content calendar. 
  • Competitor Research. 
  • Analytics Reports - collection of data and report building of social efforts. 
  • Source and produce user generated content (photos/testimonials)

The Qualifications...

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related field. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing, especially related to brand advertising. 
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Must be able to provide writing samples of different styles of writing (blog, social, web, etc.) 
  • Must be able to share social media campaigns including strategy, goals, and KPI’s. 
  • Experience working with graphic design software including Photoshop. 
  • Familiarity/comfort with pulling and interpreting monthly site analytics of social efforts. 
  • Hands on experience with HTML, content management systems a plus!
  • Should have some knowledge of marketing automation technology. 
  • Should have some knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics. 
  • Ability to work under tight and evolving timelines. 
  • Must be able to problem solve independently and work well in a cross functional team. 
  • Graphic design experience including photoshop/Lightroom.
