PURPOSE:

The Social Media Coordinator will help create the strategy and execute a strong social media plan to strengthen the brand, gain greater customer engagement, educate consumers, and drive traffic and leads through all applicable social channels to the website. The candidate will monitor, assess, and implement appropriate new strategies and emerging technologies to optimize campaigns.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content marketing and related goals: generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages audiences to take action. 
  • Execute paid social media advertising campaigns with specific goals and objectives.
  • Monitor social activity and provide customer service and brand reputation management throughout social media channels. 
  • Support other departments such as Human Resources, CORO Showroom and Events teams, and the lead generation team through social media content creation, strategy and advertising campaigns. Also work directly with RbA network to capture and communicate applicable stories for our audience. 
  • Track and present metrics to the team and senior leaders on a regular basis. Leverage these insights to continuously improve strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or communications 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate digital social media, marketing or advertising environment that includes direct responsibility for social media strategy development and execution. 
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms in a business setting and related advertising practices. 
  • Experience using Excel and analytical know-how. 
  • Experience tracking and monitoring online activity and taking appropriate action if necessary. 
  • Experience with corporate communications and public relations 
  • Demonstrated skill in writing and editing for publication. 
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. 
  • Demonstrated ability to affect a company's brand image and recognition globally. 
  • Project Management skills
