We are seeing an intern to support us with our social media and marketing strategies. We are located just a few blocks from the Marquette campus making it an easy commute!

RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Monitor and improve the functionality of social media accounts that are already in existence.
  • Develop and publish blog content, including working with staff, and uploading content to WordPress.
  • Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks on a consistent basis using tailored messaging for target demographics.
  • Contribute to website redesign and mobile friendly project.
  • Update website with content as necessary.
  • Research website and social media optimization, including tracking analytics and recommending change.
  • Write and produce videos for website and social media content.
  • Research and propose client communication strategies.
  • Prepare and forward announcements or news flashes regarding engagements/awards.
  • Assist in various business development ventures, including monthly bylines, client updates, marketing email blasts and press releases.
  • Layout and redesign client updates, etc. in mobile format.
  • Develop a Social Media marketing plan.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Full-time availability in summer and part-time during school.
  • Working knowledge of using social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
