Network Health is seeking a Social Media Specialist who is responsible for leading our social efforts by building a community of evangelists and engaged followers through organic posts and paid media advertising using a variety of omni-channel tactics including videography and photography.

The person in this role uses real-time data and analytics to make strategic decisions and adjustments to optimize the targeting of audiences and maximize ROI of digital efforts. The Social Media Specialist serves as the brand voice to engage customers and prospects and raise brand awareness. This role manages relationships with internal and external partners, including vendors, agencies and various business owners throughout Network Health.

A successful candidate for this role will have a background of specialization in social media and trends and has successfully coordinated high budgeted social media campaigns.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Writes, creates and publishes organic and paid advertising content for Network Health’s social media, email campaigns, blog and websites in accordance with corporate style.
  • Develops and manages content marketing presence, content calendar and social media budget.
  • Adapts content to different digital platforms in order to drive engagement that translates into brand promotion and sales.
  • Ensures accuracy and relevancy of copy and at times personalizes content for target audience.
  • Coordinates the evaluation and optimization of digital content marketing plans and campaigns, using real-time analytics and data.
  • Manages projects, working with internal departments and employees to foster cross-team collaboration that reflects in our digital presence.
  • Serves as the voice of the brand, including working with content vendors to drive one-to-one engagement, build lasting relationships and increase brand awareness and perception.
  • Acts as an advocate for social media integration, contributing strategic ideas for using content marketing to engage customers and prospects.
  • Develops and manages monthly reporting that shows ROI aligned with business goals across all digital efforts with the ability to use insights to make decisions and shift strategy.
  • Researches and reports trends in content marketing and social media innovations, tools, platforms and technologies.
  • Participates in activities to create a more positive experience for our key constituents in support of the brand promise.
  • Exercises forward thinking and creativity to continually adapt and evolve in the role to rapidly-changing digital consumer behaviors.
  • Assists in the implementation of annual marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, English, journalism or related field required

Minimum Related Years of Experience (per minimum education) Required:

  • Minimum two years copywriting experience for digital media required.
  • Minimum two years social media marketing and analytics experience required.
  • Experience in video and photography production and editing required.
  • Experience using web content management systems, with knowledge of SEO preferred.

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
