Sr. Channel Marketing Manager

The Sr. Channel Marketing manager is responsible for developing, planning and executing channel marketing activities to help Nilfisk achieve its annual growth plans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, execute local marketing strategies to drive Nilfisk go to market strategy 
  • Drive idea generation and develop creative ideas to deliver growth and increase share of wallet with key dealers 
  • Partner with sales organization to establish thorough understanding of dealer objectives, develop strategies, track progress and drive actions to reach goals. 
  • Build tools and programs that enable dealers to increase leads and deliver yoy growth for Nilfisk 
  • Engage with FMM’s and cross functional teams to develop localized dealer marketing programs driving scale, efficiency and increased dealer participation 
  • Help deliver webinars and periodic communication to dealers to increase understanding of customer base and needs. 
  • Manage dealer Co-op policy, train Nilfisk Sales team on policy, best practice and drive increased revenue with better adoption of dealer co-op programs 
  • Manage dealer advisory boards and Voice of customer (dealers) activity across different business units. 
  • Engage with sales and cross functional marketing team to plan, manage and execute local tradeshows, roadshows and lunch and learn sessions 
  • Engage with sales leadership to develop customer marketing plans and provide general marketing support for select strategic customers

Experience And Competencies:

  • Experience designing and executing joint plans with sales and other cross functional partners 
  • Experience working with global partners and global functions within an organization 
  • Possess an expert understanding of how to generate leads, drive business and marketing with and through the customer 
  • Demonstrated experience in working with sales leaders in driving revenue 
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking and problem solving 
  • Motivated self-starter with leadership experience with a diversified global team 
  • Analytical proficiency, very strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail 
  • Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, 
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
