As a Sr. Motion Graphics Producer, you will supervise and produce the motion graphics designer workload, assignments and deliverables in creative production for Target Creative with teams in two locations, Minneapolis and India, from concept through post-production and delivery.

The motion graphics producer will oversee all elements of motion graphics work, managing multiple animator schedules (each on multiple jobs) to ensure timely partner delivery at various approval stages, gauging workload and bringing in additional freelance support if needed, along with tracking feedback at reviews, and overseeing quality control of assets for work-in-progress postings and final delivery. The motion graphics producer will work closely with the Target Creative production teams to ensure a seamless transition from in-the-field production to post production, generating and reconciling estimates for work, and you will be the key communicator to the project teams throughout the process.

You must demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align all work and lead production logistics with an enterprise, guest-focused mindset. You will help build production capabilities and a collaborative culture, and will assist with server organization and maintenance, creating project templates and ensuring all assets are in their proper place at the outset of a job and once it wraps.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years of video, motion, and or post-production industry experience 
  • Expertise in multi-media creative production including live action video, animation, motion graphics and post production 
  • Ability to manage and execute complex projects in many different stages and work with ambiguity 
  • Knowledgable about timelines to complete work to develop effective estimates 
  • Experience with multiple output formats - LED ribbon boards, unusual aspect ratios, etc. 
  • Knowledge of photo/video industry, as well as digital file formats and asset organization 
  • Familiarity with After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, Airtable, and Microsoft Office suite 
  • Detail-oriented self starter, comfortable working both individually and in a team setting 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly detail-oriented 
  • Flexible to travel (weekends included) 
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
