You will be a core digital team member that will have influence over the user experiences and customer journey.
Work with our team of researchers, digital analysts, digital strategists, content experts, visual designers, developers and digital producers to create best in class information design and user interfaces that are driven by user insight
Author information design recommendations based on insights from usability studies, voice-of-the customer studies and user data.
Lead internal and client sessions to inventory available content and map to user tasks. Apply the insights and recommendations established in the Discovery phase to information organization challenges.
- Define and develop information architecture, high-fidelity wireframes, and make strategic recommendations based on business goals and user needs.
- Work with team member to produce artifactsto aide discovery process.
