Lutheran Life Communities is a progressive, growing, nationally acclaimed organization with our headquarters located in Arlington Heights, IL. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Healthcare Sales and Marketing to provide support and expertise to our six communities located in Illinois, Indiana and Florida.

The Vice President of Healthcare Sales and Marketing will plan, manage and execute sales and marketing objectives that support organizational strategies while maintaining census at or above budget requirements. As a valued member of our Corporate Leadership Team, he/she will contribute to the visioning and strategy of Lutheran Life Communities.

Education and Experience:

Our ideal candidate will possess a college degree from a four year college or university with at least five years related senior living industry experience. Experience should include selling independent living and healthcare living options to seniors.
