Position Summary:

As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Design Team to deliver creative solutions that drive occupancy and enhance branding across our diverse communities. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting compelling print, online, and collateral materials tailored to the specific needs of each community. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design, you'll be instrumental in creating brochure inserts that captivate audiences and effectively communicate key messages. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the team to implement updates for both digital and print materials, ensuring consistency and relevance across all channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creativity with strategic thinking, making a meaningful impact on our branding efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Research new and creative marketing products and campaigns 
  • Take ownership of requested projects in a timely manner 
  • Utilize our project management platform to orchestrate and oversee marketing projects seamlessly. You'll be responsible for organizing workflows and ensuring the timely progression of tasks, while also maintaining up-to-date Request Status updates. 
  • Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions 
  • Bring fresh perspectives and relevant insights from your educational experiences 
  • Assist the design team with administrative tasks or other duties as assigned
  • 4-year degree or working towards a 4-year degree in Graphic Design or related field is required 
  • Highly organized 
  • Design portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of the creative process from concept to completion and the ability to think outside the box and problem solve 
  • Good time management 
  • Computer Skills: Experience in the Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Internet 
  • Language Skills: Able to communicate in English clearly with others orally and in writing 
  • Ability to function in fast pace environment
