GENERAL PURPOSE:

Legrand AV has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator – Digital, to join the Legrand AV CX Team. The successful candidate supports the Digital Marketing efforts on LegrandAV.com by executing a variety of tasks in our website CMS, regularly updating online marketing assets. This person audits marketing content according to the best practices in SEO, tracks campaign success, updates a content calendar, assists in email delivery & automation, updates analytics reports and handles general digital marketing activities. This individual reports to the Marketing Technology Manager and works on a distributed team. This position is remote or reports into Eden Prairie, MN.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Executes day-to-day Sitecore activities such as page creation and maintenance, on-page SEO, and content updates. 
  • Supports the needs of the Digital organization as they pertain to Legrandav.com, prioritizing and executing activities for multiple projects and campaigns. 
  • Assists in email delivery, automation, and list management in current ESP. 
  • Audits marketing landing pages according to best practices in SEO and mobile. 
  • Updates and uses the digital marketing content calendar to assist in content creation and reporting. 
  • Uses reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and offer insights. 
  • Maintains a dashboard of digital KPIs for the team. 
  • Regularly provides recommendations on website improvements and self-service enhancements. 
  • Works with the content optimization team and digital specialist on projects as needed. 
  • Works with creative team on content creation 
  • Assists in gathering empathy for projects as needed. 
  • Acts as an antenna for the organization on new technology in digital marketing, online customer behavior, and changes in the competitive landscape.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Understands the concepts of digital marketing, content creation, brand, customer targeting, and customer experience 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Adaptive to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Has a desire to understand the customer journey and digital touchpoints 
  • Wants to get better and grow in their digital marketing acumen 
  • Has a general understanding of website analytics and data analysis

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Technology 
  • 1-3 years in a Marketing, technology, or related field or academic equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing 
  • Hands-on experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as: brand website development, email marketing, automation, SEO, analytics, and customer journey 
  • Experience with basic HTML, SAP, Sitecore, Google Analytics, Pardot, and/or Salesforce 
  • Understands the importance of measuring performance and customer satisfaction 
  • Is curious and willing to take new approaches 
  • Time and project management skills with the ability set and shift priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
