We are seeking a proven professional with a BA in Communications or related field and minimum 2 years professional experience, ad agency or marketing experience a plus. The right candidate will have a passion to learn the exciting world of advertising.

The SAUCE Account/Agency Coordinator will:

  • Assist in day-to-day account project management
  • Support the President, the agency’s two key contributing experts, and the in-house team
  • Provide professional-level administrative support, including billing, co-op, broadcast assistance, and more
  • Be customer service-focused and intuitive/skilled in creating internal tools to increase agency efficiency
  • Have a positive, energetic attitude and be a team player
  • Be detail-oriented, and highly organized with ability to multi-task and switch gears effectively
  • Have excellent computer and grammar/written and verbal communication skills (Excel and PowerPoint are required)
