The Digital Marketing Coordinator will perform general office duties and assist in the preparation and execution of client projects, including search optimization, proactive social media engagement, content curation, and paid digital media coordination. Above all, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is the agency’s go-to person, has critical attention to detail, a great attitude, the ability to adapt to different communications styles, and thrives by problem-solving. Duties:

  • Monitor and engage with trending social media content on a daily basis 
  • Curate content that our social media specialists can leverage for our clients’ social strategies 
  • Provide search engine optimization support through implementing content changes within Wordpress and uploading new content 
  • Stay current on digital trends and inform team of needed updates to keep client content visible within the digital space 
  • Create strategic social media content that activates audiences for B2B and B2C industries 
  • Perform industry and media research 
  • Prepare and schedule new client projects 
  • Provide account support, including generating comprehensive meeting agendas and detailed, accurate notes 
  • Perform general office duties, including answering the phone and ordering supplies 
  • Monitor timelines and budgets on projects, alerting supervisor of problems and highlighting next steps 
  • Day-to-day office management including but not limited to preparing for client meetings, greeting guests, and answering phones 
  • Be the main point of communication between the Neenah and De Pere office 
  • Ensure continued progress of client workflow in the absence of the account executive 
  • Respond to client contact and handle creative deadlines 
  • Proofread copy, artwork, and printers’ proofs, maintaining high agency standards 
  • Apply strategic thinking to all duties that are assigned
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite 
  • Basic CMS skills within Wordpress 
  • Social media reputation and post scheduling management 
  • Highly responsive and service-oriented 
  • Ridiculously good time management and organizational skills 
  • Consistently hit or exceed deadlines 
  • Proven ability to translate strategies into timelines, budgets, and to-do lists as well as manage the day-to-day implementation

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
