We’re looking for a client service guru to deliver hands-on project management for a digital marketing team. As a member of the group you’ll be at the center of assisting account teams with the management and growth of client relationships, and for the quality and results of cutting edge marketing programs. Key to this role is a passion for client service excellence and a talent for generating innovative digital marketing solutions.

  • Executing digital marketing campaign set-up, programming, monitoring and reporting
  • Juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Understanding clients’ ROI to their customers and contributing actionable solutions to their goals and objectives
  • Providing administrative support for account team including meeting coordination

  • Being a stickler for detail

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant client service experience and/or internship experience in fast paced, digital marketing or advertising environments
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, mobile and web technology
  • Proven success developing and maintaining superior client relationships, delivering results, and anticipating roadblocks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Superior MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
