Heinzeroth Marketing Group is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the marketing programs of key accounts. The Account Coordinator assists Account Executives to understand the client’s expectations and business goals and leverages this insight to produce strategic marketing content that impacts results. The right person has big ideas that are not only creative, but that sell clients’ products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Account Executive with the management of client programs and relationships for assigned accounts
  • Coordinates schedules and promotions, project briefs, proposals and statements of work, recommends tactics, timelines, deliverables, creative and content needs
  • Writes and proofreads marketing content, including ad copy, scripts, news releases, blogs, emails, sales literature, social posts
  • Gathers, organizes, and interprets marketing data to produce reports that demonstrate program results

Requirements:

  • Organized and strategic thinker
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/PR, Digital Media, or related field, with 2+ years of experience. Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience managing social media channels, digital marketing campaigns and ongoing reporting for employer and clients.
  • Versed in business software including, Mac, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Google Workspace (G Suite), Zoom
  • Strong writing and proofing skills Strong attention to detail
